The New Untapped Workforce aims to place disabled people into the workplace, either for short-term work experience or for more permanent employment. We recognise and understand the concerns employers have about employing disabled people, but we are here to help you overcome these barriers so that you can enjoy the benefits of a fully inclusive and diverse workforce.

Within The New Untapped Workforce project we will be inviting employers to a range of events so that they can actually meet potential candidates in a neutral environment and see for themselves that they can do the work required.

Employers can also get advice from partners on Diversity Issues and Disability Awareness, and of course we will be happy to work with you to develop work placements programmes which can be short or long term.
